{"id":22205,"date":"2024-03-07T15:15:40","date_gmt":"2024-03-07T20:15:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gadjoyasachas.gob.ec\/?p=22205"},"modified":"2024-03-07T15:17:03","modified_gmt":"2024-03-07T20:17:03","slug":"alcaldia-de-sacha-aplicara-remision-del-100-de-intereses-en-multas-y-recargos-a-deudores-tributarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gadjoyasachas.gob.ec\/index.php\/2024\/03\/07\/alcaldia-de-sacha-aplicara-remision-del-100-de-intereses-en-multas-y-recargos-a-deudores-tributarios\/","title":{"rendered":"ALCALD\u00cdA DE SACHA APLICAR\u00c1 REMISI\u00d3N DEL 100% DE INTERESES EN MULTAS Y RECARGOS A DEUDORES TRIBUTARIOS."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Alcald\u00eda de Sacha, acogi\u00e9ndose a la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Urgencia Econ\u00f3mica, que busca generar empleos, incrementando la recaudaci\u00f3n tributaria y el incentivo de la inversi\u00f3n, dispuesta por la asamblea nacional el 20 de diciembre del 2023, informa a los contribuyentes y ciudadan\u00eda en general, que daremos cumplimiento a la <strong>remisi\u00f3n del 100% de intereses, multas y recargos, derivados de los tributos<\/strong>, que consiste en la condonaci\u00f3n o eliminaci\u00f3n del cobro de intereses en deudas anteriores al 20 de diciembre del a\u00f1o 2023, es decir; solo se cancelar\u00e1 el capital de la deuda, por ejemplo: <strong>(si el contribuyente deb\u00eda 100,00 d\u00f3lares m\u00e1s 80,00 d\u00f3lares de intereses, con la remisi\u00f3n \u00fanicamente pagar\u00e1 el valor capital de 100 d\u00f3lares y se le eximir\u00e1 el costo de inter\u00e9s de 80 d\u00f3lares)<\/strong> beneficio al que podr\u00e1 acceder hasta el 18 de mayo del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tr\u00e1mites incluyen la remisi\u00f3n? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los tr\u00e1mites que recibe la condonaci\u00f3n de recargos por multas son:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Impuestos prediales urbanos y rurales.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuci\u00f3n especial de mejoras.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Regal\u00eda de la ocupaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica permanente.<\/li>\n<li>Servicio de agua potable y alcantarillado.<\/li>\n<li>Recolecci\u00f3n de basura.<\/li>\n<li>Impuesto al rodaje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta oportunidad estar\u00e1 disponible <strong>hasta el 18 de mayo del presente a\u00f1o<\/strong>.
